New Seaton Pickering

New Seaton is one of the largest master-planned, multi-phased development in the Greater Toronto Area.  This community is located in North Pickering, Ontario near the Whites & Taunton area consisting of townhomes, semi-detached and detached homes by Aspen Ridge, Brookfield Residential and Tower Hill Development Corporation.

New Seaton will periodically release new inventory from these three builders.  Currently, Brookfield Residential is selling townhomes priced from $924,990 with sizes ranging from 1,500 sqft to 2,520 sqft.  They have inventory that is move-in ready in 2024 as well as homes under construction ready for 2025.  Both Tower Hill and Aspen Ridge will release more inventory of townhomes and detached homes in the near future.

Residents will have access to parks in the New Seaton community as well as easy access to Highway 401 and 407.  This residential community will be approximately a 10 minute drive to the Pickering Town Centre and a 12 minute drive to the University of Toronto Scarborough Campus.
